Our chefs are adept at crafting cuisine that will appeal to any palate, be that sweet tooth, vegetarian, health fan or meat lover. Only fresh seasonal ingredients are used, and prepared in the lodge kitchens every day.
Three sumptuous meals per day, as well as a number of delectable treats, will ensure that no one goes hungry!
Our bush dinners, set up in the wild, are really popular and never fail to delight our guests.
In the event of bad weather, meals are served in the Lodges’ dining spaces. There is nothing quite like a blazing fire on a chilly winter’s eve, with a glass of something delicious.
We take pride in catering for a variety of dietary preferences, be they vegetarian, gluten-free or banting! To give us the opportunity to design appropriate menus, we ask that you advise us of any specific dietary requirements prior to arrival.
