Walking through the Lodge and out onto the grass beyond reveals this view. That you will never tire of it, we are sure!

“Travelled with a 9 &6 yr old. Both totally smitten and loved the place. We saw all the animals we wanted to and had a great time. The guide was amazing and thoroughly engaged with the kids and answered all questions in a educational and fun way. Showed us about the bush and surroundings as well as the animals”

Whether you prefer your own company or that of new-found friends, there are a number of spots from which to soak up the view – lounge, pool lounger or grassy patch.

“I cannot speak highly enough of the Lodge, scenery and staff at this high end lodge.
A la Carte food for all meals, morning and afternoon tea, local alcohol included plus a selection of indoor an outdoor dining overlooking the Iron Red Ranges surrounding the reserve. Our accommodation was very private with views across the plains towards the ranges. If you did not know it feels like you are completely secluded from the rest of the world. I must make special mention of our guide (ChaneJacobs) whose attention to detail and determination to track down all of the Big 5 was exemplary plus her well read knowledge of animal behavior and local habitat. This was our first Safari experience and it truly lived up to and indeed exceeded our expectations.”

“Wow, what an experience! We stayed 3 nights in early October. Well worth the drive from Jo’burg, as soon as we set foot in the lodge we were treated to 5 star + service throughout our stay. Our tent was beautifully furnished in authentic African style, very private- even with outside optional shower which you have to experience. The staff were so attentive in their own way, the food was a culinary delight , you could easily pile on the pounds! Our guide ,Landon , was superb, knowledgeable, patient, friendly and clearly passionate about his job, wanting to give us the best experience possible which he clearly did( We are still talking about it a month on!) The setting is stunning with the Waterberg mountains as a beautiful backdrop, truly a hidden gem. An unforgettable experience.”

“The lodge is amazing the views are breathtaking. The wildlife and birds that you are shown are awesome. The staff are friendly and fun. What a great escape for couples.
We loved all the small gestures and special notes that were left to make us feel extra special.
The staff were lots of fun and really know how to make you feel relaxed and happy they went out of thier way to make it an experience that we will never forget!”
